Returns and Exchanges

We have a 30 days return policy i.e. a customer can request for a return within 30 days of receiving the article.

Eligibility for the Return

  • Item(s) must be in the same condition as you received it i.e. unworn, unwashed, unused, original and intact tags, original packaging, proof of purchase and the receipt.
  • It is advisable to check your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defected/damaged.
  • In case the wrong article is received (not according to the order that you placed).
  • Item bought on Original Selling Price can be a one-time exchange with another item.
  • Item bought on Clearance Sale can’t be exchanged with another item.

Return Process

  • For initiating the return request, feel free to contact at 03212533733 or ____________ from (10 am to 6pm from Monday to Friday)
  • A confirmation message will be sent to you, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted
  • Returns are accepted at the following address only: House number C-46, street # 7, Dawood Colony Housing Society, Opposite to PTV Station, Karachi, Pakistan.
  • Item can be exchanged through the Dispatch process.
  • Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address.

Refund Process

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via bank transfer within 10 working days.
  • Please remember it can take some time for bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund too.
