Returns and Exchanges

We have a 30 days return policy i.e. a customer can request for a return within 30 days of receiving the article.

Item(s) must be in the same condition as you received it i.e. unworn, unwashed, unused, original and intact tags, original packaging, proof of purchase and the receipt.
It is advisable to check your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defected/damaged.
In case the wrong article is received (not according to the order that you placed).
Item bought on Original Selling Price can be a one-time exchange with another item.
Item bought on Clearance Sale can’t be exchanged with another item.

A confirmation message will be sent to you, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted
Returns are accepted at the following address only: House number C-46, street # 7, Dawood Colony Housing Society, Opposite to PTV Station, Karachi, Pakistan.
Item can be exchanged through the Dispatch process.
Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via bank transfer within 10 working days.
Please remember it can take some time for bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund too.
